Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed on the next working day.
All deliveries are handled by DPD or Royal Mail, and you’ll receive a tracking number and delivery updates once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday–Friday) unless a Saturday service is specially requested (please contact us). A signature may be required, and if you miss your delivery, instructions will be provided to rearrange or collect it.

If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
