Delivery Policy


The delivery cost will be shown to you when completing your order in the checkout.

Orders over £75 excluding VAT are processed with Free Delivery, which is a Royal Mail Tracked 3-5 working day service. Should you require your order sooner, there is the option to pay for a 1-2 delivery service by selecting DPD** when you checkout (if the order is placed before 2.30pm, Monday to Friday)

DPD charges a premium to deliver to non-mainland UK addresses such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man and remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Next Working Day

DS Medical can provide a Next Working Day*, UK (Mainland) delivery services at £12 (Ex. VAT)**, subject to your order placed with us before 2.30pm.


DS Medical can provide a Saturday delivery services at £24.00 (Ex. VAT)**, subject to your order being placed with us before 12pm (noon) on Friday*

* Subject to stock availability, UK Mainland Only (excluding Northern Ireland)
** Per parcel ( Max. single parcel = 20kg)

International Delivery:

DS Medical are pleased to arrange delivery by one of our dedicated couriers' delivered outside the United Kingdom will be advised a carriage charge by email shortly after we receive your order.

  • Carriage charges are charged at cost and are specific to each order as they are calculated based on weight and volume.
  • Your order will not be dispatched until we receive confirmation and payment for the additional carriage charge.
  • Delivery times vary upon the destination. For further information or to request a quote please email us.

 Tracking Your Order:

When your order is processed and despatched, an email will be sent to the email address on your order- this will include a link to the courier website and a tracking reference to monitor the arrival of your order.

DPD and Royal Mail offer tracking information for all orders, allowing you to be able to trace and redirect you parcel if required.

Discrepancies / Damage in Transit:

In the unfortunate circumstance that your order is missing an item or is damaged whilst in transit we must be notified via email ( within 72 hours with photographic evidence, so that we can affect a suitable resolution. We also advise that you inform the courier agent of the damage, so this is logged, or reject the delivery.
