Delivery Policy

We understand that waiting for your online order all day can be frustrating. That’s why we have different delivery options to make it convenient for you to get your order and save your time.

You will get a tracking number and updates when your order is sent by our courier partners (DPD or Royal Mail).

Your order can arrive anytime, usually between 7:30 am to 7:30 pm and you may need to sign for it. When your order is sent, you will receive a text or email of when your parcel will arrive, which gives you a chance to change the delivery time or address. You may also get an expected delivery time. If you miss your delivery, you will find a card telling you how to collect it.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery times we give are for working days only, not weekends. Unless you choose Saturday delivery. For example, if you order on Friday and choose Next Working Day, your order will come on Monday (not counting bank holidays). We are sorry, but we can’t deliver on a bank holiday. Please wait for your delivery on the next working day in that case.

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email or phone.

UK Mainland Delivery Options

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £25 +VAT

• Standard Delivery: £5.45 (inc. VAT) for orders under £25 (ex. VAT), free for orders over £25 (ex. VAT).

• DPD Next Day: £9.00 (inc. VAT) for all orders. Delivery within 1-2 working days.

• DPD Day Delivery: £14.95 (inc. VAT) for all orders. Delivery on the next working day, if ordered before 3pm.

• DPD Saturday Delivery: £19.95 (inc. VAT) for all orders. Delivery on Saturday, if ordered before 3pm on Friday.

UK Offshore Delivery Options

Includes Northern Island, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Island, Scilly Isles.

• Standard Delivery: £5.45 (inc. VAT) Delivery within 5-7 working days.

• DPD Two Day: £17.75 (inc. VAT) for all orders. Delivery within 2-3 working days.

• DPD Day Delivery: £60.45 (inc. VAT) for all orders. Delivery on the next working day, if ordered before 3pm.

• DPD Saturday Delivery: Not Available.

International Shipping

We also offer international delivery to selected countries. Please contact us for a quote and delivery time estimate before placing your order.

Delivery Tracking

We use reputable couriers such as Royal Mail, and DPD to deliver your orders. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online once it has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, strikes, or force majeure events. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation. Please do not dispose of or return any damaged or faulty items without contacting us first.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of placing it. We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide you with an update. If your order is confirmed to be lost, we will offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on your preference.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
• The item must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a completed returns form, by contacting DS Medical at or 01329 311451

The item must be returned at your own cost and risk, unless it is faulty or incorrect. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured service to return your order, as we are not liable for any loss or damage in transit.

The refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as sterile products, personal protective equipment, and custom-made items. These items are clearly marked on our website and in our catalogues. Please check the product description carefully before placing your order.


For overweight (25kg +) & oversized (1m +) items, there will be an additional surcharge which is automatically calculated at the time of ordering.
