The Manchester Arena disaster called for differing approaches to the management of major incidents, as a consequence of the findings the Ten Second Triage (TST) system has evolved to assist with the First Response efforts to reduce the care time for the injured to receive treatment.
The primary focus of the Ten Second Triage (TST) tool is to provide lifesaving interventions immediately, while prioritising large numbers of casualties in a quick, simple, and effective manner.
One side sets out the Ten Second Triage (TST) algorithm, sets to allocate P1, P2, P3 & Not Breathing statuses (Slap Bands).
The other side sets out the METHANE reporting tool.

All deliveries are handled by DPD or Royal Mail, and you’ll receive a tracking number and delivery updates once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday–Friday) unless a Saturday service is specially requested (please contact us). A signature may be required, and if you miss your delivery, instructions will be provided to rearrange or collect it.
Delivery times and charges may vary depending on your location, with different options available for UK mainland, offshore addresses, and international orders.
If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, you’ll need authorisation before sending the item back. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within a few working days, and where applicable, the standard delivery cost will be included in your refund.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 72 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
