Delivery & Returns

A signature may be required, and if you miss your delivery, instructions will be provided to rearrange or collect it.

If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, you’ll need authorisation before sending the item back. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within a few working days, and where applicable, the standard delivery cost will be included in your refund.
