How to use the Accu-Chek Safe-T-Pro Plus lancing device
Simple, 3-step testing:
- Twist the sterility cap and remove it.
- The penetration depth adjuster is pre-set at medium. Turn the penetration depth adjuster to the desired penetration depth. The 3 penetration depths are easy to identify by their short, medium, or long markings.
- Hold the lancing device between your index finger, middle finger, and thumb. You will find that it fits comfortably and securely between fingers, right or left-handed. Press the lancing device firmly against the chosen puncture site. Using your thumb, press the release button down completely. Move the lancing device away from the puncture site and discard it.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days, with a range of delivery options available at checkout, including next working day services for urgent requirements. Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed on the next working day.
All deliveries are handled by DPD or Royal Mail, and you’ll receive a tracking number and delivery updates once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday–Friday) unless a Saturday service is specially requested (please contact us). A signature may be required, and if you miss your delivery, instructions will be provided to rearrange or collect it.
Delivery times and charges may vary depending on your location, with different options available for UK mainland, offshore addresses, and international orders.
If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, you’ll need authorisation before sending the item back. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within a few working days, and where applicable, the standard delivery cost will be included in your refund.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 72 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
