Christmas Opening Hours
With the festive season fast approaching we wanted to keep you informed of our opening hours around the Christmas and New Year period so you can ensure you have adequate time to order and receive your medical supplies.
You can find the details of our opening hours below. You will still be able to order online and with email purchase orders while the office is closed. We aim to process any orders placed between 25th - 26th December in order of receipt/priority when our office opens from 29th - 31st December.
Orders placed during our main Christmas closure will not be processed until 29th December and are unlikely to be received until w/c 5rd January 2026.
It is our recommendation that if you are placing an order during our temporary closure you use our standard delivery option only. This will provide you with a fully tracked delivery service once we have processed your order.
Important information about Christmas and New Year Orders
To help inform you when you need to place your order with us for delivery before 25th December 2025, we have summarised some information from our couriers below. These last delivery dates apply to orders being delivered to the UK Mainland only.
If you are placing an order for delivery elsewhere other than the UK and it is to arrive before Christmas day, we suggest you contact us before placing your order.
Standard UK Mainland deliveries:
- Royal Mail 48 - Friday 19th December*
- DPD Courier - Tuesday 23rd December*
Please remember that our standard order cut-off time of 2:30 p.m. for same day dispatch, subject to stock, applies. Any orders placed after this time will not be processed and shipped until our office is next open.
*Dates could be affected by seasonal demand on our delivery services. This page will be updated with any delivery service updates, as we receive them.
